If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a free return within 14 days from delivery of the items by following the steps below:

- Contact us by e-mail, showing us a purchase confirmation and / or order number, justifying the reason. As soon as we have read the Return, with respective confirmation, which will take place via E-mail, you just have to reassemble the package received, and wait for the courier.

- As for the cancellation of the order even before the evasion, yes it is possible. Contact us to request it by e-mail and we will proceed immediately with the refund procedure.

If you have had any problems, please contact us by email. The refund will be made according to the payment method used: (see below):

- PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: the refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your account depends on the bank of your credit card.

- PAYPAL PAYMENTS: the refund will be visible on your Paypal account 48 hours after receiving the e-mail with the receipt confirming the refund.

We will refund you within 14 working days from the date your return reaches our warehouse. We will notify you by email. For orders canceled prior to shipment, the refund will be made within 3 business days of processing the cancellation request.

The purchased products cannot be replaced and therefore, if you wish to exchange a purchased item, you can return the items following the conditions described in our Return Policy and place a new order.

Shipping

The arrival time depends on whether your order is national or international. We know you want to get your pieces as soon as possible and we do our best to make it happen.

We ship to most of the world and offer different shipping options as appropriate. There will be no other charges at the time of delivery: open the door and enjoy your order!

Yes, the shipping cost is visible at Checkout. In case of national delivery the shipping cost is free.
