Courier and order tracking

Shipments are made in 3/7 working days. We ship with UPS, DHL or SDA. Once the purchase is completed, as soon as the order is processed you will be notified with an email notification, in which you will find the Tracking Code of your purchase.

Just click on the button you will find in the notification to keep track of your Order. In this case that the courier does not find anyone at the intercom, he will leave a notice of Stock, trying to deliver 1/2 subsequent days. 

Packaging and Insurance 

Packaging and Insure Panama Hatters delivers in recycled cardboard packaging, with extreme attention and care for the hat inside, wrapping it with delicate Ecuador straw.

Inside you will find the label that certifies the originality and, at what time you chose the insurance on the hat, a QR code with all the details to start your insurance period.
