Our policy lasts for 14 days. If it has been 14 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer (if applicable). There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted. We do not accept returns or refunds for dresses with obvious signs of use.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the user is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to their credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days. 


Shipping costs will not be refundable once the order is canceled.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale at discounted prices or / and purchased with promotional codes cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same item, please send us an email at with your request.


If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once you have received the returned item, you will receive a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor has received the order to be delivered to himself for later delivery, we will send a refund to the donor and they will discover yours made.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
